The buzz word in 7.5t beavertail market is now claimed by HINO.

Shawtrack have built this beavertail for GGR UNIC who is the leading provider of vacuum lifting equipment to the UK and Irish construction industries. GGR also have a crane hire division which was established in 2001 and now operates a fleet of more than 50 mini crawler cranes with capacities ranging from 1t to 6t.

GGR approached Shawtrack with certain challengers they were facing and with the design team a solution was reached.

Shawtrack have built a low profile beavertail 176" with a pair of alloy ramps that are allowed to slide together if required, a third clip on ramp is included for more specialist loading of machinery. Full tow pack is included to allow towing of trailers; the Hino package offers the 11t train wt as standard.

The Hino was the only truck that allowed a payload of 4100kg ( including a driver,, a full tank of fuel, spare wheel and third ramp) Other vehicles were looked at but sadly came in with chassis weights that were unacceptable. The Hino offers 3yrs chassis warranty (T&C apply)  and is proving a smooth drive for the operator.
